It’s no secret we love beer. What you may not know though, is that general manager Bill kind of has a thing for whiskey, and what we mean by that, is that he loves whiskey. When he set out to launch RBC’s bourbon program he went straight to whiskey aficionado Ryan Brubaker of Brubaker Acres. With Ryan’s partnership, we’ve sourced 33 whiskeys (and counting) along with local, handcrafted cocktail ingredients such as Brubaker Acres’ maple syrup.
