Duties include assisting our chef with preparing ingredients and menu items, working the line through service, washing dishes, and maintaining and deep cleaning the kitchen. Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Willing to work weekend's and until closing time
- Strong prep, grill and fry
- Pizza oven is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
- Legally able to work in establishments that serve alcohol
- Able to bend, move, and lift up to 25 pounds or more
