We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain and elevate our brand presence across various avenues.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in creating and managing our marketing materials, overseeing our social media, and executing our marketing strategies. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to drive our marketing efforts and ensure our brand consistency and presence.


  • Creation of Marketing Materials: Design and produce all marketing materials, including digital and print assets, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies. Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Copy Writing & Product Write-Ups: Craft product descriptions, promotional copy, and other written content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and coordinate marketing efforts for in-house events, off-site events, and private events in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Event Coordinator.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with team leaders to create marketing campaigns that highlight our menu items, cocktails, and beer selection.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent and authentic messaging and visual identity.
  • Communications: Manage internal and external communications to ensure clarity and coherence in all communications, such as social media messaging, text club messaging, and marketing partnership correspondence.
  • Photography, Video, & Editing: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing use.
  • SEO & Analytics Tracking: Optimize website content for search engines and track performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Update and manage the RBC website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Newsletter Creation: Design and distribute regular newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged.


  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with examples of past marketing materials and/or campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive. 
  • Excellent verbal, writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Photography and video editing skills.



  • Familiarity with MailChimp and Community platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Yoast SEO).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in Marketing.
  • 1+ years experience in Social Media Management.
  • Brewery or taproom experience is a plus.

Duties include assisting our chef with preparing ingredients and menu items, working the line through service, washing dishes, and maintaining and deep cleaning the kitchen. Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
