There is just something about cooking food over a fire. It’s nostalgic. It’s primitive. Our executive chef uses our custom wood fired oven for more than just pizza. Our menu is all about getting back to Minnesotan food. This region of the state is steeped in strong food traditions, and we want to start a conversation with our customers about food availability in northern Minnesota.
We take full advantage of what we have in abundance, and many of our ingredients are sourced within 100 miles. This means using foods that many people overlook. We think of our pizza as a canvas that translates ideas about locally-grown ingredients into flavorful dishes. And like our beer, we will pivot on the seasons, so you’ll always find a reason to return.
Community is a huge part of our identity, and our communally focused menu is no exception. Everything on the menu is designed to be shared. You will find pizza, small plates, and sweets on the daily menu, and all pair perfectly with our beer and wine selections.
